Recognizing that success is shaped by access, confidence, and connection, NOVAN was created to offer culturally grounded support that strengthens individuals, families, and communities—while aligning with broader social and economic inclusion goals.

To empower immigrant youth, individuals, and families - particularly those of African descent - through mentorship, education, leadership development, and community engagement.
